Flashback

It was midnight and there was curfew in the entire city. A few days ago, Jaipur based businessman Sanjay Malhotra and his wife Lakshmi Malhotra were murdered in their own mansion. Someone set fire to their entire mind today at 2 o'clock in the night. The entire family was burnt to ashes in that fire. Even the faces of the people were unrecognizable.

Just Month ago a little princess was born in their house. There was an atmosphere of Jasan in the entire family, but in connection with some business, Sanjay Malhotra was having a discussion with his partner.

His business partner at that time was the King of Jaipur, Vinayak Singh Rathore, grandfather of Ranveer Singh Ratjore, who was planning to bring the underworld to India. But Sanjay Malhotra came to know about this and he threatened Vinayak not to do so and when he did not agree, Sanjay told this to the media.

Due to fear of losing his throne, Vinayak Singh Rathore burnt Sanjay Malhotra in his own house and got him killed and his entire family but luckily his daughter was safe Because that day that one month old baby was at her grandmother's place but Lakshmi had to urgently come to meet her husband for some important work.

When Vinayak Singh Rathore came to know that Sanjay's daughter is alive, he got Sanjay's in-laws killed as they also knew all this.  Vinayak had made a plan to kill that innocent also but somehow his wife came to know about the whole thing through the servants.

Sunita Singh Rathore made a plan to save the baby girl with the help of her brother and decided to give it to her young detective who lived secretly in Bareilly. Rakesh Sharma but Vinayak's guard told him all this.

"Rakesh, just listen carefully take this child and run away from here. Never come back until I told you got that?" Sunita said looking at baby girl in her arms.

"Yes, mam but what will I do if King come to know about this?" He asked. He was scared he knew he was playing with fire. But he had to save a life.

"Don't worry about him, I will take care of everything just leave. She said and plant a last kiss on forehead of sleeping baby in her arms.then give her to Rakesh.

"Rani sa, what should I am going to call her?" Rakesh said holding the baby.

Sunita looked at the baby and smiled,

"Aastha Sharma" Rakesh looked at baby and vowed in his mind 'i will protect you baby no matter what' . He nodded to Sunita and sat on his car and head toward the airport.

Sunita looked him leave and suddenly door burst open behind her, she turned around. Her eyes wided her husband was standing there with angry expression on his face.

"You betrayed me Honey now you will see what happened to people who are against me." He said calmly but she can feel the Storm inside him and fire of revenge.

"But first I will kill that girl in front of your eyes, then I will handle you" He said. She shivered in fear seeing fire in his eyes.

Saying this, he picked up his gun from there and went away from the table. Sunita tried to stop him but he did not stop. He sat straight in his car and drove towards the airport with his men. Sunita did not have any other choice now, she called her brother, her brother picked up the call.

"Kill Him!!" Sunita said and cut the call she burst into tears. She cried all night. Next morning she turn on the television and read the headline

'VINAYAK SINGH RATHORE THE KING OF JAIPUR WAS KILLED IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN LAST NIGHT '

Flashback ends

"Maa" Sunita came out of her thoughts and saw Arjun calling her. Aastha and Rakesh were there. Remembering the old memories, her eyes filled up but she hid her tears. Ranveer knew his grandmother well, so he read her face.

"Rakesh! Tum Aastha ko ghar le jao. Or kisi baat ki chinta mat karna. The wedding ceremony will take place in the royal castle." Sunita said to Rakesh who nodded to her.

Then Ranveer's phone rang, he picked up the phone without seeing the caller ID.

"Honey, you haven't come yet, I am waiting for you." Riya said in a lust filled voice. Ranveer did not know but the phone was on speaker. Everyone recognized Riya's voice and looked towards Aastha.

"I am coming" He replied and cut the call. He looked at Aastha she was looking hurt. But ignored her and Directly said to Meena.

"Maa! I'm leaving" He said and He came out from the side of Aastha. And while leaving he did not forget to see the reaction on her face. Aastha was looking down so he could not see her eyes.

He went straight out from the main gate and headed towards Riya's apartment. Aastha looked at him where he had disappeared.

"Baba, let's go" Aastha said to Rakesh and also went to their car. She sit in car. She needs to clear her mind so she took phone out of her purse started listening songs. Listening to songs always gave her peace. Rakesh also sit beside her. Driver started the car.

Rakesh looked at Aastha, she was looking sad. after all it was his fault.

"Baba!" Aastha said pulling him out his thoughts. Rakesh looked at her she looking out of window. She stopped music and earphones were still attached to her ears.

"Kya huaa Beta!" Rakesh said softly caressing her hair. She close her eyes and put her head on his shoulder. He smiled at her old habit. She always to that when she feel stressed.

"How I'm going to love a person who is already in love with someone else." She asked still not understanding a thing.

Rakesh looked down at her and said, "don't worry, Aasu time will heal everything. Just have patience, Kanha is always with you and I am so sorry for lying to you for all those years" guilt was visible in his voice.

Aastha put her head in his lap. Rakesh looked at her in surprise. She didn't say anything but he understood her very well. Despite all this, she was not angry with him. Tears of happiness started falling from Rakesh's eyes, but he controlled himself, he knew that his daughter would also start crying after seeing him.

Rakesh caressed her head lovingly. Aastha fell asleep with her head in his lap. He was happy with this fact throughout the journey. Aastha forgave him. When they reached home, Rakesh woke up Aastha. Aastha got out of the car in half sleep, went in house, had her dinner and immediately went to sleep in her room. And Rakesh kept looking at her.

"No one can say this girl was crying hours ago." He said to himself. Rakesh clean the dinner table and plates and also went in his room.

*With Ranveer*

As soon as Riya reached there, she took Ranveer in her arms. Ranveer was lost in his thoughts, so he did not pay attention to Riya. He pushed her aside and went straight to the living room and sat on the cough. Riya brought the coffee in her hands and sat next to him. Ranveer accepted the coffee, his mind was still thinking about Aastha.

"Rav, Tum kaha kho gaye ho." Riya pulled him out of his thoughts.

After reaching there Ranveer first noticed Riya. To impress Riya, she wore a loose spaghetti top which gave a good view of her cleavage and loose shorts which also exposed her legs.

But Ranveer did not feel like doing that. Riya tried to kiss him but he got up from the sofa and went in kitchen.

'A lot of work will have to be done on this man, he is not going to melt like this'  Riya thought and also went in kitchen she saw Ranveer was taking wine from the cupboard and pouring into two glasses.

As soon as he turned back, Riya kissed him on the lips. The animal inside Ranveer also woke up. He started kissing Riya hungrily. Her lips pressed against his, warm and inviting, tasting faintly of cinnamon and coffee. He responded almost instinctively, his hands finding her waist, pulling her closer as he deepened the kiss. For a few fleeting moments, it was lust filled, hard, and forced. they both had been avoiding for too long.

But then, suddenly, he pulled away.

His breath was uneven, his expression shadowed with something unreadable—no, something unmistakable. Disgust.

She blinked, heart hammering as she searched his face. "What's wrong?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper.

He swallowed hard, running a hand through his hair as he stepped back.

He was imaging Aastha while kissing that's why he stop.

"Nothing" He said in his cold voice and Went in guest room.

Riya was standing there speechless. He never did that. Of course they never had sex but he never pulled away while kissing. What happened to him?

That day he stayed in the guest room but when Riya invited him for dinner, he refused. He did not even go to his house. And he stayed in the room. 'What is happening to me, why am I only thinking about that girl' Ranveer was not understanding anything. It has not been even a day since he met Aastha and she kept on lingering in his thoughts.
